Returns/refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns, give refunds, or exchanges due to our stylists working closely with our clients to ensure they’re receiving a look they agree upon

Shipping times depend on which package the client chooses. Regular packages have the standard shipping time of 5-7 business days. Expedited packages use same day, next day, and even drop-off services depending on your location. All packages can be tracked by the personal stylists who are more than willing to share this information with the client at their request. We currently do not have international shipping

Clients can contact their personal stylist 24 hours a day using their agreed-upon method of communication. Orders can be modified within the first 24 hours after purchase
